Miami Royal Holloway Semester in England
The Miami University Department of English and Office of International Education are proud to announce Miami’s newest semester abroad program: The Miami Royal Holloway Semester in England. Students will have the opportunity to study in any of the 22 departments at Royal Holloway, University of London during the fall or spring semester or for an entire academic year.

Literary London
Information session March 3, 2008, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
A few spots are still available for the Literary London summer program, in which you can earn seven Miami University credits in six weeks (Summer Session I, May 19-June 27), while studying with your classmates for a summer in one of the world’s greatest cities. Live with fellow Miami students in flats in Central London! Watch the sun set over the Houses of Parliament at Waterloo Bridge! Stroll through Covent Garden where George Bernard Shaw got his inspiration for Pygmalion. Enjoy a traditional afternoon tea at the Ritz Palm Court. Visit the Poets’ Corner at Westminster Abbey. Cruise the Thames and other London waterways. Visit Shakespeare’s Globe on the South Bank and see a performance of a great play. Study the magnificent Turner paintings at the Tate. Enjoy four–day weekends free!
Applications (ask for the AIFS application) are available by e–mail from Professor Kaara Peterson or Professor Catherine Wagner, whose addresses are below. The final deadline for the application and the deposit is March 25th.
If you are joining the program, you’ll want to get your passport applied for or renewed (and extra pictures taken for the AIFS application) immediately; the process takes some months.

Luxembourg
English students sometimes choose to study at Miami’s Luxembourg campus. This campus offers Miami students opportunities to live with a Luxembourg-ish family and interact on a daily basis with international students and cultures.
