Jane Goettsch joined the Miami staff in 1985 as coordinator of women's programs in Student Affairs Division. She became director of the Women's Center October 1, 1999. Jane graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor's degree in sociology and philosophy and a Master's degree in sociology.

Rhonda Jackson, our Administrative Assistant, came to the Women's Center in the fall of 2002. She has been a Miami staff member since 1993. She has been the recipient of several awards: SPECTRUM Ally of the Year Award 2004, Women's Breaking Barrier Award 2005, Student Affairs Community Building Award 2006 and Lavatus Powell Community Builder Award 2009. She is currently an Advisor for SPECTRUM and is a member of the Miami University Collegiate Chorale.

Jane Cox, our Graduate Program Assistant, joined the Women's Center staff in August 2008. She comes from Atlanta, Georgia where she worked for the Atlanta Breast Cancer 3-day benefitting Susan G. Komen Foundation For The Cure. Jane is a master's student in the Student Affairs in Higher Education program at Miami. She brings many organizational and leadership skills to our office and we are delighted to have her as a member of our staff.
