Staff
The Women's Center is staffed by a full-time director, a full-time administrative assistant, and several student ambassadors.

Jane Goettsch joined the Miami staff in 1985 as coordinator of women's programs in Student Affairs Division. She became director of the Women's Center October 1, 1999. Jane graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor's degree in sociology and philosophy and a Master's degree in sociology. |

Rhonda Jackson, our Administrative Assistant, came to the Women's Center in the fall of 2002. She has been a Miami staff member since 1993. Rhonda has been the recipient of several awards: Spectrum Ally of the Year Award 2004, Women's Breaking Barrier Award 2005, Student Affairs Community Building Award 2006 and Lavatus Powell Community Builder Award 2009. Rhonda has served as an advisor for Spectrum and is a member of the Miami University Collegiate Chorale. |
