Shauna graduates from Miami in May 2003 with majors
in History and American Studies. She hails from Newbury,
OH, which, she says, "is a microscopic town about
35 miles east of Cleveland." After college she
will enroll in at the University of Virginia's graduate
program in History.
Shauna is
the winner of a prestigious Beinecke Fellowship and
received Honorable Mention in the USA Today
"All Academic" competition.
