Off-Peak Banner Reports and Processes:    To prevent slow response times within Banner and BannerWeb, SunGard recommends that certain Banner Job Submission processes and reports only be run during off-peak hours (before/after business hours and weekends).   See list of off-peak reports and processes here.

• Monitor Display Resolution set to 1024 x 768 or higher
• Pop-up Blocker settings adjusted to accept pop-ups from "*.muohio.edu"
