Air Force ROTC –
Air Force ROTC offers an excellent scholarship program
for highly qualified high school seniors as well as
students already in college who are interested in commissioning
as Air Force officers. Many of these scholarships pay
full tuition, money for books and a monthly tax-free
stipend. AFROTC’s in-college scholarship selection
occurs during the freshman and sophomore years. High
school students apply online by Dec. 1st of their senior
year. AFROTC accomplishes its mission of developing
quality leaders for the Air Force through a comprehensive
training program focused on building leadership, management
and officership skills both in and out of the classroom.
Students who complete the AFROTC program commission
as second lieutenants in the U.S. Air Force with a challenging
career specialty like: pilot, navigator, air battle
manager, intelligence, maintenance, security forces,
space and missiles, finance, doctor, nurse, manpower
& personnel, public affairs, and many others. For
