How will I receive my funds if I am not on campus?

Your financial aid will be credited to your student account ten days before the first day of each semester, if you have completed all requirments. Any charges you may have incurred on your student account will be deducted from your financial aid. If your financial aid exceeds your charges, the Bursar will send a refund check to your local mail address. Or if you prefer refunds may be directly deposited into either your checking or savings account, to sign up for Direct Deposit go to your Personal Information in BannerWeb.

If you have completed a Consortium/Contractual Agreement, your funds will be sent to the host institution. If you are expecting a refund, contact the host institution regarding its refunding policy.

If your primary campus is Miami University Hamilton or Miami University Middletown, your financial aid will disburse for fall semester (term 201010) no earlier than September 15, 2009 and for spring semester (term 201020) no earlier than February 2, 2010.
