Getting Involved based on your interests!

You can get involved in many ways - volunteering, Service-Learning, student organizations, social advocacy, and activism. These opportunities exist in the following social issue areas: children, education, hunger and nutrition, homelessness, poverty, older adults, animal welfare, the environment, and more!

Tutoring K – 12 students through Adopt A School, America Reads, or America Counts!

Tutors work one on one, in small groups, or in a classroom setting in schools and after school programs. There are also opportunities to work with adults learning English or working toward their GED.

Adopt A School is a volunteer program. America Reads and America Counts are federal work study employment opportunities.

Registering for a Service-Learning class to learn and gain real-world experience while improving the community.
