Short Description:
This evaluation is being undertaken in order to determine if the design of the Assisted Living program supports the principles of privacy, independence, and choice, and if the program is a cost effective alternative to facility-based long-term care.
The evaluation consists of three topical areas: Consumer access; assessment and service plan development; and cost-effectiveness.
