Title: 2008 Nursing Home Family Satisfaction Survey

Description: In 2008, Ohio will conduct their 4th satisfaction survey of families of nursing home residents. Approximately 970 of Ohio's nursing homes will be asked to distribute nearly 60,000 surveys to families and involved friends of nursing home residents. Results from the satisfaction surveys will be posted in December 2008 to Ohio's Long-Term Care Consumer Guide website. For the first time, results will also be one component of a facility's Medicaid reimbursement formula.
