This research presents an overview of Ohio's Medicaid waiver program, known as PASSPORT, which serves Ohioans who are 60 years and older, who are chronically disabled, and who meet the eligibility criteria for nursing home care.

 

This study was funded by the Ohio Department of Aging and the Ohio Long-Term Care Research Project through the Ohio Board of Regents.
