Orthopedic Services |

Orthopedic services at the Student Health Service are provided by
Dr. Douglas C. Gula of Midwest Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Inc.
Dr. Gula has office
hours at the Student Health Service two afternoons per week and sees
patients who are referred by Student Health Service clinicians or
referred through McCullough-Hyde.

Physical Therapy Services |
|
Appointments for physical therapy consultation are available at the
SHS with Mark Cristell, MSPT from the McCullough-Hyde Hospital
Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Department on two afternoons
per week. Physical therapy evaluation and initiation of
uncomplicated physical therapy programs are provided through
referral from one of the Student Health Service Clinicians or
referred through McCullough-Hyde. An appointment is necessary.
