My name is Dr. Thomas Hughes. I grew up in Columbus, Ohio being the oldest of 13 children. I received my B.S. degree from the University of Notre Dame and my M.D. degree from Ohio State University. I served as Captain in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam conflict at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. As well as completing my residency in Family Practice at St. John's Mercy Hospital in St. Louis. My wife Andrea and I have five grown children and five grandchildren. I live on a small farm just north of Oxford where I have six horses, a dog, and two cats.
