- Provides individual and group counseling sessions to answer questions and provide information on topics like graduate schools, internships, resume preparation, job-searches, and interviewing.

- Provides a peer tutoring program to help clarify and understand course content, strengthen needed skills, and apply what is learned.
- A writing center is also available to help students with content, form, expression, and mechanics.
- Peer mentors assist in improving study techniques, set up study groups, and offer workshops.
- RLC also maintains an extensive program to assist students with learning disabilities.
