Lead Your Way To The Top!
This program takes a fun, interactive approach to leadership. “Lead Your Way To The Top” goes beyond the basics, addressing organizational change theory, specifically addressing the role of the leader in the process. Participants have the opportunity to challenge themselves throughout the presentation as principles of leadership are shared.
Note from Rick:
I spent years of study and experience developing this program. I go beyond the basics. We’re not talking about how to run better meetings or goal setting. I approach leadership from a new perspective that touches on theory, yet without all the jargon that confuses the real issues.

Why should you attend the Perlmutter Leadership Conference?
Here is what Dr. Denny Roberts has to say:
Miami has numerous leadership learning opportunities, including clubs, organizations, service, conferences, and residential groups. The largest of these is the Annual Perlmutter Leadership Conference. One of the greatest benefits of Perlmutter is that participants get to know one another and they learn more about the other leadership programs included as part of “Miami's Leadership Commitment.”
Perlmutter includes representatives from all corners of the campus and the program stimulates a broad and deep discussion of what leadership is and how it can be fostered among ever-larger numbers of students. As you make choices about our time, the Perlmutter Leadership Conference is essential for those who take leadership seriously!
