Miami has numerous leadership learning opportunities, including clubs, organizations, service, conferences, and residential groups.  The largest of these is the Annual Perlmutter Leadership Conference.  One of the greatest benefits of Perlmutter is that participants get to know one another and they learn more about the other leadership programs included as part of "Miami's Leadership Commitment."  Perlmutter includes representatives from all corners of the campus and the program stimulates a broad and deep discussion of what leadership is and how it can be fostered among ever-larger numbers of students.  As you make choices about our time, the Perlmutter Leadership Conference is essential for those who take leadership seriously!
