Not only did I learn more about other cultures - in the Mosaic program I also learned about myself.
The pursuit of individuality and diversity in our society is more important than ever. In the Mosaic Living Learning Community, students explore other cultures and how they fit into a diverse society.
The Office of Residence Life and New Student Programs teamed with the College of Arts and Science in 1996 to create the Mosaic Living Learning Community. The goal of this community is to explore individuality and cultural identity while creating a living enviornment that is intellectually and socially rich. This program is committed to excellence in academics, a broad-based liberal arts education, and being open to all cultural and social perspectives. The Mosaic Living Learning option is open for both first-year and upperclass students.
