| Resident Assistant (RA) | These student staff members in each of the residence halls may have the greatest impact on students' experience in the residence halls - and at Miami! There are anywhere from 1 to 12 RAs in each residence hall depending on the number of residents in the hall. See the links above for more complete information about these leadership positions. |
| Community Learning Assistant (CLA) | These student staff members are a part of the Western College Program. Their role is similar to that of the resident assistant but is unique to the Western College Program. For more information about the CLA position, contact the Director of Student Life for the Western College Program |
| Hall Assistant | Each residence hall that houses first year students (with the exception of Western College Program Halls) hires one Hall Assistant to assist the adviser with administrative tasks related to the academic advising process. | Office Assistant | Each year the Office of Residence Life hires several Office Assistants to assist with administrative tasks in the central office. Contact Becky Heftel in Kreger Hall, Suite 144 for more information about these positions. |
