What if I have already signed a Heritage Commons contract for the 2012-2013 academic year?If you have already signed a Heritage Commons contract for the 2012-2013 academic year, the Office of Residence Life cannot get you out of the contract. If I have not signed a Heritage Commons contract and do not get hired for Heritage Commons, can I still be placed in another residence hall? Yes. If you have not signed a Heritage Commons contract and are not hired in Heritage Commons, you will be asked in the letter your receive after the interview process if you would like to continue in the residence hall process to possibly be hired in another residence hall on campus.
If I am studying abroad one semester during the 2012-2013 academic year, can I apply for a Heritage Commons RA position? No. The only reason a student can be released from a Heritage Commons contract is because of graduation.
