Miami Connections is an exciting way to start your Miami University experience! You can select from a variety of options to find an adventure that matches your interests. Miami Connections is a great way to make new friends, interact with Miami University faculty and staff, work with a campus organization and learn the ins and outs of campus life.

Registration for for Miami Connections will begin on Tuesday, July 1st, 2008. You will need to download, complete, and email, fax or mail-in the registration along with full payment to the address listed on the bottom of the form. Registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis in the order received. A portion of this amount will be nonrefundable in case of cancellation. To be eligibile to participate, students must have attended a summer orientation session between June 3rd - July 2nd, 2008. The registration form will be available on July 1st, 2008.
Moving to Oxford:
All Miami Connections participants should arrive in Oxford between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, August 18, 2007 (please check your itinerary for varying start times). By participating in a Miami Connections program, students are able to move into their residence halls early, before Move-In Day on Thursday, August 21. Participants will have the opportunity to drop off their personal belongings in their assigned residence hall room before beginning their experience. Although each experience has a unique itinerary, all students will return to campus in time for the official kick-off of First Year Institute, which welcomes all new students to campus. First Year Institute begins Thursday evening, August 21.
