Pre FYI 2006 |

Pre-FYI is a part of Miami’s First Year Institute sponsored by the Office of Diversity Affairs and the Office of Residence Life and New Student Programs. The program was designed for students of African, Asian, Indian, Latin/Spanish and Native American descent. Pre-FYI provides these students and their parents the opportunity to: Ømeet other incoming students Ø interact with upper level Miami students Ø meet and interact with Miami faculty, staff and administrators Ø learn about the many resources available to students at Miami Ø meet student leaders from various campus organizations Ø discover ways to become an active member of the Miami community Students are invited to move onto campus a day early and attend a dinner and a student resource Expo with many of the universities administration and multicultural faculty.
- Please read the Invitation Letter to all new students from the Vice President of Student Affairs and the Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs for Diversity.
- Please fill out the registration by August 4 ,2006 and return it to the ODA Office by email, fax, or the postal mail using the information below. |
