What Tutors Can Expect of Their Client

--Client will arrive to appointments on time

--Client will arrive to sessions prepared and ready to work in the tutoring partnership

--Client will bring all necessary materials and update the tutor on course expectations

--Client will remain at the tutoring session for the full 50 minutes

--Client will work with tutor to schedule the next appointment; ideally for the next week, minimally within the next two weeks

--Clients will only cancel appointments in rare cases. When such cases arise clients will cancel the appointment via the Bernie system at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a $5 no show charge. The client will then work with the tutor to reschedule the appointment.
