What Can Clients Expect of Their Tutor?

--Tutor will arrive to appointments on time

--Tutor will arrive to sessions prepared and ready to work in the tutoring partnership

--Tutor will promote independent learning and respect your input

--Tutor will not do your assigned work but will support your efforts and guide you through the process

--Tutors will only cancel appointments in rare cases. When such cases arise tutors will cancel the appointment via the Bernie system at least 24 hours befort the scheduled appointment to avoid disciplinary action. The tutor will then work with the client to reschedule the appointment.
