G.L.E.A.M.: Gay and Lesbian Employees at Miami

GLEAM is a support network for GLBTQ staff and faculty of Miami University. They work with Spectrum to provide proud role models for GLBTQ students-­both personally and professionally. Additionally, GLEAM meets to address and act upon administrative or political issues that affect their lives and the lives of their families. If you are a faculty/staff member on this campus and wish to learn about and/or participate in projects concerning sexual orientation at Miami University, please consider joining the GLEAM listserv by sending a message to the GLEAM Listserv.

GLEAM events
Throughout the year, GLEAM puts on a "Dinner and a Movie" outing to either Cincinnati or the Dayton area, political events and rallies (as needed), and a joint Potluck Dinner with Spectrum.
