| Appointments for physical therapy consultation are available at the SHS with Mark Cristell, MSPT from the McCullough-Hyde Hospital Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Department on two afternoons per week. Physical therapy evaluation and initiation of uncomplicated physical therapy programs are provided through referral from one of the Student Health Service Clinicians or referred through McCullough-Hyde.
