The Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and Leadership's Vision of Miami's Fraternity and Sorority Community:
Our thriving fraternity and sorority community manifests itself through a membership that values the sound intellectual development of its members. Our community encourages its membership to engage in active civic and community service and to be responsible members of the greater community. This diverse community of fraternity and sorority men and women respects the dignity of all citizens, and they are viewed as leaders in the celebration of inclusion and collaboration. Miami's fraternity and sorority community develops leadership, rooted in purposeful ethical and moral development, in all of its members. This community will serve as a model for a values-based community of college students united in their bond of brotherhood and sisterhood.

It is the mission of the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and Leadership to assist our fraternity and sorority community succeed in living out its shared principles of Scholarship & Learning, Service & Philanthropy, Leadership, Community, and Brotherhood & Sisterhood.
The Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and Leadership, through the collaboration and cooperation with it's stakeholders, will create an environment supportive of the academic mission of Miami University, congruent with the values and rituals of our chapters, and encourages a strong interfraternal and panhellenic community. The office will use the Miami Model for Greek Excellence and Miami's Leadership Commitment as operational foundations in our work to plan and deliver purposeful and intentional programs, policies, events, workshops, and other opportunities.
