Team Building (GOAL)
The G.O.A.L. Program offers three distinct programming options. These options focus on a number of different group development issues and can be booked individually or in any combination to create a program that is designed to best fit the needs of your group.
Group Size
The ideal group size is 8-15. This small group atmosphere helps to ensure a low staff-participant ratio and more individualized attention. Larger groups will be divided into smaller groups of around 15 people for some of the activities to maintain program consistency and quality.

Group Initiatives
A group initiatives program will help your group explore group dynamics by developing communication, leadership, problem solving, strategic planning and trust through a number of group challenges. Through the processing of these challenges learning and positive change in the group will occur. Our facilitators will work with the group to create an atmosphere of open communication and constructive feedback.
Low Challenge Course
This program focuses on many of the same group dynamic issues as group initiatives. Low course elements however, get participants off the ground. In doing so the challenges presented during this course have an elevated level of perceived risk, which forces groups to focus on trust development. Our course hosts 12 elements allowing us the freedom to design an individualized program that meets the needs of your group.

High Challenge Course
The high challenge course hosts 15 elements off of a centralized platform and 3 stand alone elements. This allows groups a diversity of options for their experience. Through participation on the high course participants are encouraged by their group members to push their comfort levels by practicing risk-taking in a safe environment. The challenges on the course can be modified to match the experience and willingness levels of all participants. Participation on the high course will create a support network in the group that can extend beyond the boundaries of this unique experience. This program is beneficial for both new and veteran groups.
Combination Programming
This programming option combines the best of both worlds by providing groups with both low and high challenge course activities. After spending the morning on the low course developing a sense of team, the group is able to move on to the high course where ideas, concepts and skills gained earlier are utilized. This program is recommended for groups wanting to get the most out of the opportunity.
Corporate Team Building
Any of the programs highlighted above can be tailored to fit the needs of your corporate team.
