Get It Together: a Jivamukti Mixed-Level Vinyasa Yoga Class

Take your vinyasa yoga practice to the next level! Jivamukti mixed-level
classes focus on a theme that is explored through eclectic music, discussions of the modern relevance of yoga philosophies, movement that we infuse with conscious breath and intention, and meditation. The class will conclude with deep relaxation and meditation.
You can choose a moderate or vigorous path as Elizabeth guides you with verbal suggestions and physical assistance, providing options for all levels. You are ready for this class if you have never tried yoga (but enjoy other physical activities), are just starting out, or have been practicing for years!

February 6 - March 4 will mark the eigth annual, month-long Group Fitness incentive program. The program is designed to keep you on
track with your exercise routine or to get you started with one. Participants will need to attend four classes per week. (Saturday - Friday)
Classes attended per week must be one cardiovascular-based class, one toning class, one mind/body class and one extra class of your choice
(please note: hybrid classes count toward ONE class; you can decide which type you want to use it for toning or cardio). All participants
who complete the program by attending the four outlined classes each week will receive a FREE t-shirt and will be entered to win one of
three prizes, including a free unlimited academic group fitness pass.
To register, you must purchase a group fitness pass & pay a $10 registration fee for members & $20 for non-members.
After registration you will be sent an email with further instruction.
