Personal Training
Personal Training (PT) is your opportunity to meet with a fitness professional to develop a conditioning routine specifically designed to meet your individual needs and interests.  This program is the best way to receive high-quality instruction and support for your new exercise routine.
All PT packages begin with an initial assessment with a trainer.  This will is an opportunity for you and your trainer to get to know one another as well as record important health and exercise information.  The initial session for any new PT participant will not be an activity session, but may include; health and medical history, exercise history, body composition and goal setting.
To register for these services, please go to the Pro Shop in the Rec.  You will be contacted by a member of Fitness management to further coordinate your session times.  Following that initial conversation, your personal trainer will be assigned and will contact you within 48 hours. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or a session will be charged.  If you have any questions, contact Loraine at (513) 529-1946.

Partner Personal Training
Our Partner Personal Training program follows the same format as our traditional PT program but with a twist.  This is a great option for those looking to pursue their fitness goals while teaming up with a friend.  Whether you are new to exercise and looking to take the edge off venturing into the Fitness Center or you’re looking for a more cost conscious training option, or you just simply like the idea of working out with a friend then give Partner Personal Training a try.
