Skill Development - The RSC is committed to the personal and professional development of our students through workplace interactions and social networking.  We strive to consistently and thoroughly train our employees and provide a forum to practice and apply what they have learned. 

Service - It is our responsibility to instill a collaborative nature and a strong desire for customer satisfaction that joins our students as members of the Recreational Sports Center team, Miami University, and the larger community in which they live.

Environment - We support the goal of the university to allow students to feel equal and welcome in a diverse environment that is conducive for student learning and development.  

Support - It is the responsibility of the RSC professional staff to provide our student employees with the necessary tools and proper training to be successful now and prepare for future endeavors.
