Body Composition

When it comes to measuring one’s health, weight is not nearly as important as knowing what makes up that weight. Body composition testing is the key to a better understanding of health. A heavy body made of mostly muscle and bone can be quite healthy, and a lighter body made of high amounts of fat can be dangerously unhealthy. Stop in at the Pro Shop and purchase your pass to better understand your body, and find out what you are made of using the Fitness Center's body composition testing.
