Pre-Requisites: Must know how to swim
The Destination: We'll meet in the OPC for a quick lesson and then its time to get wet as we dive (feet first) into the natatorium for an introductory lesson on the kayak Eskimo roll.
The Journey: Learn how to overcome one of the most intimidating aspects of whitewater kayaking, the roll. We'll show you how to easily exit your kayak as well as take a hands-on approach and begin to teach you to roll. Just interested in working on the paddling strokes and want pool time? Come play in the pool as your time in the pool will be tailored to meet your needs.
