This will mark the fourth annual, month-long incentive program. The program is designed to keep you on track with your exercise routine or get you started with one. Participants will need to attend 4 classes per week including the following:

One cardio-vascular based class

One toning class

One mind/body class

    *Such as yoga, pilates or yoga/pilates

One of your choice

    *Please note that hybrid classes such as Step & Sculpt, Spin & Sculpt, etc. count toward ONE class; you can decide which type you want to use it for - toning or cardio.

 

All participants who complete the program by attending the four outlined classes each week will be entered to win one of three prizes, including a free unlimited year group fitness pass. Everyone who complete the program will receive a water bottle.

 

To register you must have a group fitness pass and pay the registration fee. We will give you 4 cards, one for each week to track your progress. Each week bring in your respective card and have it marked for the class you are taking. Then drop each completed card in the box located at the group fitness pass check desk and keep up the hard work. Sign up at the Pro Shop today.
