Room Scheduling

Room Scheduling staff members are currently scheduling requests for the current semester.

From the Handbook link below

" All persons and organizations using University facilities are expected to leave the facility in the same or better condition than that in which they found it. This includes responsibility for returning equipment to its proper place, removal of all debris, etc.

If maintenance services are required or if any damages occur, the organization or individual responsible for the activity will be billed.

Possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in all facilities.

Food Policy

Food and soft drinks are not permitted in classrooms, natatoriums, gymnasiums, or other activity areas."


FAILURE TO OBSERVE ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE RIGHT TO USE OF UNIVERSITY FACILITIES SCHEDULED BY THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR. ORGANIZATIONS USING THE FACILITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADHERENCE TO THESE REGULATIONS BY MEMBERS OF THEIR GROUP
