The Office of the Registrar puts together the final exam schedule for the Oxford campus for spring and fall semesters.
The schedule and rules are posted on the Registrar's web site approximately one month prior to the beginning of the semester.
Room assignments for group examinations are posted on the exam schedule approximately 1 month prior to final exam week.
All campuses will follow the guide lines for final exam conflicts as stated in Rules for Final Exam Adjustments # 3 on the Oxford Campus Final Exam Schedule.
Conflicts are to be adjusted by the course whose subject three-letter abbreviation is nearest the beginning of the alphabet. THE EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE: ANY COURSE WHICH HAS OPTED TO CHANGE THEIR EXAMINATION DAY/TIME MUST RESOLVE ANY CONFLICTS THEIR STUDENTS ENCOUNTER.
