Classroom Scheduling

Room Scheduling, under the Office of the Registrar, handles the scheduling of all classes and scheduling of rooms across campus for exams, final exams, review sessions, workshops, orientation, meetings, conferences, and special events.

For scheduling of courses, there are links to pdf documents below regarding policies, meeting times, and exception to standard times forms.

All course changes made by our office must be requested via email from the departmental secretary or scheduling coordinator.

We ask that all room requests be submitted via our online room request form.

Emergency and same day requests must also be requested via the online room request form. Our staff processes these requests in a timely fashion based on date of event.
