Room
Scheduling, under the Office of the Registrar,
handles the scheduling of all classes and scheduling of rooms
across campus for exams, final exams, review sessions, workshops,
orientation, meetings, conferences, and special events.
For
scheduling of courses, there are links to pdf documents below regarding
policies, meeting times, and exception to standard times forms.
We
ask that all room requests are filled out via our online room
request form. Because of our Rules and Regulations agreement,
all requests must go through this form.
Emergency
and same day requests must also be requested via the online
room request form. Our staff processes these requests in a timely
fashion based on date of event.
Every
change that is made via our office must be accompanied by an
email from the departmental secretary or scheduling coordinator.
