If you do not complete degree requirements in the semester you applied for graduation:
At any time during the semester that you are a degree candidate for graduation, should you realize that your degree requirements will not be completed, contact the Commencement Office immediately so your record can be updated to reflect the correct semester all degree requirements will be satisfied.
The Commencement Office DOES NOT automatically update student graduation applications to a future graduation if the student does not complete degree requirements. The student must notify the Commencement Office in order to update their record for a future graduation. If the graduation date needs to be changed from the original date applied for, there will be a $10 reapplication fee applied to the student's bursar account.
Not notifying the Commencement Office concerning reapplying for graduation may result in a degree not being awarded. Remember, the application for graduation is a degree requirement that must be completed before the degree can be awarded.
