Diplomas will be mailed approximately three to four weeks following the commencement date, provided no holds exist on your student record.
It is imperative that you respond to the request to supply us with the mailing address to send your diploma to.
If you are graduating with distinction, and your honors change after your final semester grade calculations are complete, your diploma may need to be reordered by the Commencement Office. This may cause a short delay in the mailing of the diploma to you.
If you do not receive your diploma after four weeks, contact the Commencement Office immediately so we can determine the status of the diploma's shipment to you.
Diploma size is 8 1/2" x 11". They are mailed in protective envelopes. When you receive your diploma, you will see that only the degree is reported.
Your academic transcript will reflect the degree, major(s), and minor(s) awarded. If you are awarded multiple degrees, you will receive multiple diplomas. Multiple diplomas may be shipped separately. If you are awarded multiple majors in the same degree, you will only receive one diploma per degree.
