If your student account has an outstanding balance, your diploma and transcript will be held until the balance is resolved. You will be notified by the Commencement Office that the Bursar's Office has requested that your diploma and transcript be held due to the financial obligation.

When all financial obligations are resolved, the Bursar's Office will remove the hold from the student's record, and the diploma and/or transcripts can be released.
