Once your application for graduation is received, your academic record will be updated to reflect the graduation date noted on the application. The application fee for all degrees will automatically be applied to your student account, and billed to you by the Bursar's Office.
Applications should be submitted even if you are in the process of resolving incomplete requirements toward your degree. For instance, if you are finishing incompletes, transfer work is pending, finals not completed, or thesis/dissertations not deposited, you should still submit your application by the appropriate deadline.
You must fill out an application for each degree you're receiving:
If you are applying for more than one degree (ie: Bachelor of Science in Business and Bachelor of Arts), you must turn in two applications. You will be assessed a fee for each degree.
If you are applying for more than one major within the same degree, simply turn in one application and list both majors.
