Psychology at Miami University Department News
 With over 40 faculty and staff members, the Dept. of Psychology offers courses that serve nearly 3,000 students every semester, including over 1,000 undergraduate majors. We also train approximately 70 graduate students in three major areas of research emphasis in our doctoral programs.

The department is housed in the new Psychology Building. We invite you to learn more about our department and its mission.

The Department of Psychology is pleased to announce the hiring of three new faculty members, each of whom will join the department this fall. Dr. Amy Summerville will join the faculty as an assistant professor in social psychology, Dr. Jennifer Quinn will join the faculty as an assistant professor in brain and cognitive science, and Dr. Michelle Abraham will join the faculty as an assistant professor on the Hamilton branch campus.
