The department offers courses covering the
following areas:

General human factors and ergonomics,

Usability,
-
Task Analysis,
-
Anthropometry and Biomechanics,
-
Virtual Reality,
-
Ecological Approach to Ergonomics and Design.
Courses are regularly offered in fundamental processes of perception,
cognition and motor control and coordination.
Students may also take courses in the Department of Manufacturing
Engineering, Systems Analysis and Physical Education, Health and Sports
Studies that focus on issues relevant to human factors.
Some of our students have earned a Masters degree in Systems Analysis
to supplement their credentials.
Students may enroll in courses at the University of Cincinnati, the
University of Dayton and Wright State University to take advantage of
the specific areas of their faculties’ expertise.
