Theoretical
Orientation:
|
My theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral with strong influences from attachment theory and the field of parent-child interaction. Clinically, my interests include infant and early childhood mental health, developmental disabilities (e.g., Autism) and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. I am particularly interested in the transactional influences of biological, environmental, temperamental and interpersonal factors in the development and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems in young children.
