Lump Sum Merit Award - $500
- 50 Job Enrichment merit points
- 1 per fiscal year
Promotion in Place 1 - 4% pay increase
- 150 Job Enrichment merit points
- Employed at Miami University for 2 years or longer
- Acceptable job performance documentation
- Provide High School diploma, GED, transcript or college diploma
Promotion in Place 2 - 5% pay increase
- 300 Job Enrichment merit points
- Minimum of 1 year from first Promotion in Place
- Acceptable job performance documentation
Promotion in Place 3 - 7% pay increase
- 500 Job Enrichment merit points
- Minimum of 1 year from second Promotion in Place
- Acceptable job performance documentation
Advanced Component - 1% pay increase
- 50 points exceeding 500 points and completion of Promotion in Place 1, 2 and 3
- Acceptable job performance documentation
- 1 per fiscal year in conjunction with a Lump Sum Merit Award
