Our Team
Becky has been at Miami University since 2000 and joined the Staff Development Office in May of 2004. She is responsible for overseeing all services provided by the Staff Development Office. Becky has a Bachelors degree from Thomas More College and a Masters degree from the College of Mount Saint Joseph. Becky is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute, the credentialing body for human resource professionals.

Kerri joined the Human Resources Staff Development unit in May of 2008. Kerri is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute, the credentialing body for human resource professionals.She is responsible for developing and facilitating workshops, special programming, and various special projects. Kerri has a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University, and her Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University.
Rachael has been at Miami University since 2000 and joined the Staff Development office in March 2005. She is responsible for coordinating and scheduling Staff Development workshops, monitoring records for Department of Human Resources Job Enrichment Program (administrative), and processing job enrichment awards. Rachael has an Associate's Degree from Ivy Tech State College.

Kristin has been at Miami University in the Staff Development Office since August 2010. She is responsible for coordinating and scheduling various training opportunities for Physical Facilities staff and participants of the Maintenance Job Enrichment Program. In addition, she manages the records for the university’s job enrichment program (maintenance), processes job enrichment awards, and works on various special projects. Kristin has an Associate’s Degree from Miami University.
