Humana - MyHumana
Humana's website contains a wealth of information for members. To access claims history, perform cost comparisons and access your health savings account, you must register with MyHumana. Log onto www.humana.com and click on "Register for MyHumana." It will ask you for your member ID, which is found on your Humana card. You can also use your social security number. Your MyHumana account will allow you to view claims history for all members under the age of 18. Members 18 or older will need to register themselves; they can then grant access to other members, such as a parent or spouse.

Employee Assistance Program -EAP, MyLibertyAssist
MyLibertyAssist EAP offers benefit-eligible employees assistance in counseling, financial and legal issues, and family matters such as child and long-term care.
Miami University Natural Areas
The Natural Areas comprise over 1000 acres and 15 miles of hiking trails on the Oxford campus and land surrounding Miami University.
EHWB is a sponsor of the annual Hike-A-Thon event, hosted by the Natural Areas. Offered every fall, the MU community is invited to participate in this free event where they hike a 1, 3, or 5-mile trail.
Hiking promotes health and fitness. The Natural Areas is the place to achieve these goals in a safe, convenient and natural setting filled with awe & wonder.
