Lunch Bunch - "Let's Talk About Healthy Eating" Series
Join the Lunch Bunch from 11am-12pm on Fridays in Phillips Hall for 8 weeks as we cover topics from label reading to eating out to exercise. You will learn about nutrition, weigh-in (optional), and most importantly be held accountable for your healthy eating goals. Participants may choose to set a weight loss goal or simply attend and participate. Through weekly meetings and peer support you can make healthy eating a habit for life. Lunch Bunch is led by EHWB's Registered Dietician, Melanie Lipps. Space is limited so register soon!
FAST FACTS:
- Fridays, January 20-March 9 in Phillips 123, 11am-12pm
- Open to all employees, PT & FT, as well as covered spouses/SSDP
- Weekly accountability and support of peers
- Optional Weigh-in
- Feel free to bring your lunch
- Attendance is encouraged at all sessions BUT not required

Support Group for Oxford Area Insulin Pump Users
Insulin pump users of all ages and supporters (partner, spouse, parent, etc.), and any person with diabetes who is considering using an insulin pump are invited to this informal support group.
The goals of this group are to create an opportunity for insulin pump users in our community to connect with and support each other. Also, to engage with experts in the diabetes care field (physicians, diabetes educators, pump company representatives, etc.).
SCHEDULE:
* The meetings are the first Thursday of every month at 7 pm in the Community Room of the LCNB bank building in Uptown Oxford.
