Employee Computer Loan Program
The Miami University Board of Trustees established an interest-free computer loan program to encourage faculty/staff members to become computer literate and to facilitate compatibility of personal computers between the office and the home.
Under the program, a full-time staff member (in good standing for at least 24 months) can borrow a maximum of $2,000.00 to purchase hardware equipment (software is excluded, unless it is an integral part of the initial purchase package). Repayment is made through payroll deduction with convenient payment terms from three 3 to 24 months.
The loan is available only for computer purchases made through any of the Miami University Bookstores.
