As with any system, errors may occur. If you receive
an error message when logging into the system (password
problems excluded) or at any time during the application
process, please contact Kate Stoss
in the Department of Human Resources at (513) 529-3131. When possible,
please print a copy of the error message, or write it
down. This will help us to identify and address the
exact nature of the problem.
If you are currently employed by Miami University and
opt to use the online system, it will prompt you for
your unique ID and password (MUnet/Novell password).
If you do not know this information, you may contact
the MCIS Support Desk at (513) 529-7900 or access a
link on the web page.
If you are not a current Miami
University employee, you will need to register for a
new account and the system will guide you through that
process.
