Ms. Marlowe has an edited volume (with Carol McNamara) on the Obama presidency, The Obama Presidency in the Constitutional Order, under review at Rowman and Littlefield. She is working on a paper on President Obama and agency control, and is finishing a dissertation on presidential executive orders.
