In operation since 1980, the OWP staff development programs have consistently received excellent ratings from teachers and positive results in classrooms and school districts throughout Ohio. The OWP teacher leaders will custom design professional development packages based on your district’s goals and needs. Each session is grounded in research and current professional literature and provides practical classroom strategies in reading, writing and assessment practices.
